Team Training
We love the opportunity to work with sports teams of all types. We facilitate training and program strength & conditioning workouts tailored to your team’s unique goals and experience in the gym. We’ve had the privilege of working with the Thunder Bay Queens, Thunder Bay Minor Football U16 Knights and the U18 Knights, and Blaze Basketball U16. Small Group Training
A great option for a group of friends or co-workers who want structured workouts together. We program strength and conditioning workouts and each session is led by a trainer. Group size can be 2-6 people. Rates vary based on group size and amount of sessions purchased. Contact us for more info.
